GeoPro is a product brand owned and commercially represented by M&T Global Ltd. The contractual arrangements described below apply unless different terms have been agreed in writing.
Our role and brand ownership
- GeoPro is a product brand owned by M&T Global Ltd.
- M&T Global Ltd is the brand owner, seller and the contractual counterparty to the end user for the sale of GeoPro-branded products. M&T Global Ltd also acts as the marketing and commercial representative for GeoPro.
- Manufacturing and fulfilment are coordinated by M&T Global Ltd from EU facilities. Details of manufacturing locations, supply chain partners and fulfilment arrangements are confidential and are not disclosed in routine customer materials. Controlled disclosure may be considered where contractually necessary and subject to confidentiality protections.
Contracting Party and Invoicing
- Your contract for the purchase of GeoPro-branded products is with M&T Global Ltd.
- All quotations, order acceptances, invoices, tax documentation and credits in respect of your purchase will be issued by M&T Global Ltd unless otherwise agreed in writing.
- M&T Global Ltd will coordinate production and fulfilment and arrange shipment on your behalf.
Pricing and Quotations
- No prices are displayed on this Site.
- Any pricing or quotations provided to you are issued by M&T Global Ltd. Prices may change at M&T Global Ltd’s discretion and where relevant may reflect production, shipping, duties and applicable taxes.
Payment
- You must pay M&T Global Ltd in accordance with M&T Global Ltd’s payment terms.
- M&T Global Ltd will manage payments, invoicing and any downstream commercial arrangements necessary to fulfil your order. M&T Global Ltd does not disclose internal commercial terms relating to suppliers or production arrangements in routine customer communications.
Delivery, Risk, and Title
- Delivery is arranged and coordinated by M&T Global Ltd (shipments originate from EU manufacturing/fulfilment locations).
- Risk and title pass in accordance with the delivery terms agreed between you and M&T Global Ltd, including any Incoterms specified in the contract. Export/import formalities and applicable duties are handled as specified in your contract with M&T Global Ltd.
- M&T Global Ltd does not hold stock of GeoPro products for general sale; fulfilment is coordinated from manufacturing/fulfilment locations as arranged by M&T Global Ltd. M&T Global Ltd is not responsible for physical warehousing unless expressly agreed.
Warranties, Product Quality, and Performance
- Any product warranties or guarantees are provided as set out in your sales contract with M&T Global Ltd and any accompanying warranty documentation.
- Brand-level descriptions of GeoPro products are descriptive and do not independently create warranties from M&T Global Ltd beyond those expressly set out in M&T Global Ltd’s sales contract.
- M&T Global Ltd is responsible for ensuring that products supplied meet the specifications set out in your contract and will provide available QA records and warranty documentation to customers as required.
Technical Information, TDS/SDS, and Labelling
- Technical data sheets (TDS), safety data sheets (SDS), manuals and labels carry GeoPro branding and are provided by M&T Global Ltd.
- M&T Global Ltd is responsible for the accuracy and availability of such documents to customers. Customers should verify suitability for their intended use and site conditions.
Returns, Cancellations, After-Sales, and Recalls
- Returns, cancellations, replacements, refunds, warranty claims and after-sales support are governed by the terms set out in your contract with M&T Global Ltd.
- Contact M&T Global Ltd for RMA/authorisation; M&T Global Ltd will coordinate execution of returns or warranty remedies.
- In the event of a safety notice or recall, M&T Global Ltd will manage customer communications and coordinate any required remediation.
Compliance, Export, and Sanctions
- You must comply with all applicable laws, standards, export controls and sanctions.
- M&T Global Ltd will assist with export/import documentation and provide available conformity/QA documentation to support customs clearance and compliance.
- Where customers require additional disclosure of manufacturing or supply chain details for regulatory or contractual reasons, M&T Global Ltd may consider controlled disclosure subject to confidentiality arrangements.
Liability
- To the fullest extent permitted by law, M&T Global Ltd’s liability for matters arising from manufacture, conformity, fitness for purpose, defects, delivery delays or failure to perform shall be as set out in your contract with M&T Global Ltd.
- Your primary remedies for manufacture, quality or performance issues will be provided through the warranty and claims processes set out in your contract with M&T Global Ltd and accompanying warranty documentation.
Brand Use and Intellectual Property
- GeoPro trademarks, trade dress and brand assets are owned by M&T Global Ltd. Their appearance on products or documentation does not alter the commercial or contracting structure described above.
- No licence to use GeoPro branding is granted except as expressly permitted by M&T Global Ltd or as appears on products/documentation supplied by M&T Global Ltd.
Commissions and Fees
- M&T Global Ltd may have commercial arrangements, including commissions or fees, with supply chain partners. Any such arrangements do not change the price you are quoted by M&T Global Ltd unless disclosed in writing.
Communications and Support Routing
- Binding specifications, order acknowledgements, delivery schedules, RMAs, credits and refunds will be issued by M&T Global Ltd in accordance with your contract.
- M&T Global Ltd will coordinate any necessary execution.
- Pre-sales and technical enquiries are handled by M&T Global Ltd. Where appropriate, M&T Global Ltd will coordinate specialist technical support or on-site assistance.
