The appropriate system is selected according to flow, pressure, substrate conditions and the required reaction profile.

Injection systems

Product selection

The injection material is selected according to groundwater conditions, ground permeability, pathway dimensions and the performance required from the treatment.

Polyurethane system

GeoPro HF-45

A two-component polyurethane resin for rapid water cut-off, fissure grouting and the treatment of larger water-bearing pathways within soil and rock.

Acrylic gel system

GeoPro AC-5

An ultra-low-viscosity acrylic injection system suited to fine groundwater pathways where controlled penetration and adjustable reaction characteristics are required.

Colloidal silica system

GeoPro CS-5

A stable colloidal-silica dispersion developed for permeation grouting and reducing groundwater movement through fine-grained and low-permeability ground.

Low-foaming polyurethane system

GeoPro LF-10

A low-foaming polyurethane injection system developed for controlled water cut-off, void filling and the treatment of water-bearing pathways in soil and rock.

Selection principle

Product selection, injection geometry, reaction time and installation parameters must be established from the observed geology, groundwater regime and project-specific performance requirements.

Ground-engineering applications

Where water control is required

Water-control injection can be incorporated into temporary or permanent ground-engineering works where groundwater movement affects excavation, productivity, ground behaviour or the ability to maintain safe working conditions.

  1. 01

    Tunnels and underground excavations

Reduce groundwater inflow and treat water-bearing pathways encountered during tunnel development, enlargement or rehabilitation works.

  2. 02

    Shafts and mine workings

Control water movement around shaft sinking, underground mine development and active working areas where inflow affects access or operations.

  3. 03

    Deep excavations

Support groundwater-management measures around deep excavations, retaining systems and below-ground works where permeable layers influence excavation behaviour.

  4. 04

    Water-bearing soils and rock

Treat permeable soils, fractured rock and variable geological interfaces to reduce conductivity and interrupt preferential groundwater pathways.

Each application requires a treatment strategy developed around the observed geology, groundwater regime and construction sequence.
